St. Modwen Logistics buoyed by Gloucester growth
St. Modwen Logistics has been buoyed by accelerated customer growth in Gloucester as businesses look to scale-up warehouse space in the area.
Throughout the development of its Gloucester parks, St. Modwen Logistics has seen high demand for additional warehouse and manufacturing space from a number of existing customers. These include Gardiner Brothers & Co, ProCook and ADEY Innovation.
In total, the trio now occupy 546,000 sq ft. Steve Sanders, chief operating officer at ProCook, said: "It's great to be teaming up with St. Modwen Logistics on this project as we've always enjoyed working with them and their focus on ESG aligns with our values.
"Our move to a new, much larger premises reflects ProCook's success story over the past few years and we're excited to move in."
